SHIPPING POLICY -

WÅCÅO offers free shipping & COD on orders above INR 500/-. COD available only on orders above INR 999/-. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days after placement.

Our chocolate factory dispatches orders from Monday to Thursday, and it takes another 2-10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Orders will not be shipped on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Locations of delivery:

Cities within Maharashtra: Please allow 2-5 working days for the courier to be delivered

Metros: Please allow 3-4 working days for the courier to be delivered

Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 5-10 working days for the courier to be delivered

In the event that the item(s) are wait-listed or pre-ordered, please allow 10-12 working days for your order to ship. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions and courier company caused delay in delivery time.

For all orders taxes have already been included in the product price.

How Do I Track My Order?

Orders typically ship within 48 hours of receipt, tracking information is sent via email or sms as soon as your order ships to the email address or mobile number on your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at admin@eatwacao.com

What if my package does not arrive?

First, please make sure that the address and instructions associated with the address inputted at checkout is correct. Next, check with your mail carrier and neighbors to see if there may have been a delivery mistake. If you still cannot locate your package, please email us at admin@eatwacao.com and we’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve. However, we are not responsible for errors made in the order/address entry fields which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver, and cannot issue refunds for these lost packages.

Can you ship chocolate during the warm weather months?

WÅCÅO ships all year round! During the warmer months, we include multiple ice packs in each order and only ship Monday-Thursday. However, we still cannot guarantee that the product will arrive completely unmelted, so please keep that in mind when placing orders during the summer and if you are shipping to a state that is warm year-round!

We take all measures to ensure that the products are carefully checked for quality and for any damages before they are dispatched from our chocolate factory. We do not claim responsibility or provide refunds if our products are damaged during delivery.

All our products are developed through research and development. However, since taste is largely subjective, we do not accept returns or provide refunds because the taste of any product may not be as per your liking.

RETURNS POLICY -

In case you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. However, it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order once it has been dispatched. A refund for a successfully cancelled order will only be made in the form of ‘online store’ credit and will be processed after confirmation of cancellation.

We hope that you are happy with your order purchase. However, upon receiving your order and in case of any damaged, missing or incorrect products in your order, please notify us promptly via email on admin@eatwacao.com. Upon further investigation, if any errors in order processing are found, we will offer you an ‘online store’ credit. The complaint notification email should be sent to us within 24 hours of the order having been delivered to you. Our team may need further information to help with solving your complaint. This information must be provided to us within 72 hours of the original complaint notification email sent to us.

Subject to our findings and in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, we may, as a gesture of goodwill, offer you an ‘online store’ credit of the part or full value of your order including shipping charges.

Please allow us 7 days to arrange for replacements to any damaged, missing or incorrect products in your original order.

Refunds, if any, will be offered in form of ‘online store’ credit only. No monetary refunds will be made under any circumstances.

We accept all major credit cards, aside from American Express.
